Outage Center

SCEC's Outage Management System utilizes advanced technology to improve outage reporting, analysis, restoration, and communication. Our automated meters help diagnose outages, and the outage center reflects data from both these meters and member-reported outages.

Members can view general outage details, including start times, affected areas, and the number of impacted members, on our outage map. Additionally, outage reports and damage details can be submitted through the SmartHub app.
