Sumner-Cowley Electric has launched a new Outage Management System that takes advantage of advances in technology to speed up outage reporting, analysis, restoration and communications.
Watch in real time as outages develop, are diagnosed and restored. The outage map will provide members with general information about outages such as when an outage began, what area(s) are being affected and how many members are being affected.
Report An Outage
To report an outage call SUCO at 888-326-3356. Calls will be answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Prior to calling in an outage, please check the outside breaker that is below your meter (if so equipped) and the fusebox in your home.
