Use SmartHub for safe, secure and contactless payments
The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) offers the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP), a federally funded program that helps eligible households pay a portion of their home energy costs by providing a one-time per year benefit. The Department has announced that it will offer a second opportunity for Kansans to apply for LIEAP. The new application period begins May 1 and runs through May 29.
